Boat Shuttle

If time allows, we are happy to shuttle you and your boat to the put-in and return you to your car upon completion. Please call or inquire onsite for availability.

Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before reservation time. Contact us via the website or call 423-338-4488. WE GO RAIN OR SHINE, however, we do reserve the right to cancel a trip (with a full refund if we cancel)based on conditions beyond our control.

Booking your rental early ensures that you secure your boat shuttle.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Keep an eye on the weather to see what the temperature is. Protection from the sun is always encouraged whether that is sunscreen or a protective lightweight long-sleeve. A hat with a brim helps keep the sun off of your face and out of your eyes. It is usually cooler while the boat is moving, so we advise bringing a lightweight jacket.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You may cancel up to 48 hours before your rental. If you have issues canceling, contact us.
